As part of this vibrant thought-sharing community, I recently had the privilege of launching my book 📕 Jagjeevan: Living Larger than Life at the Thoughtworks office and signing copies for colleagues. The moment was special—not just because it was a book launch, but because it was about sharing timeless life lessons and inspirations drawn from the life of my great-grandfather, lessons that feel especially relevant in today’s fast-paced world.

It was heartwarming to see colleagues getting their copies signed, flipping through pages, and reading excerpts. Placing Jagjeevan in the Thoughtworks library—alongside an incredible collection of books authored by Thoughtworkers and global thinkers—felt deeply meaningful.

Before diving further into my books, it’s worth reflecting on how this journey of writing—and its connection with Thoughtworks—began.
🤝 Thoughtworks, Thoghtworkers and Books
Thoughtworks has always been a hub of intellectual curiosity and shared learning. Many Thoughtworkers have authored influential books that have shaped technology, business, and society at large. Being part of this ecosystem inspired me to contribute my own voice to this collective knowledge.
When I joined Thoughtworks, I encountered a culture that encourages reflection, experimentation, and sharing. I began documenting my learnings on thinkuldeep.com , published articles across Medium publications on XR, IoT, and AI, and others, and contributed to white papers. These reflections eventually came together in my first book, MyThoughtworkings, written to acknowledge 30 Thoughtworkers who inspired me—released on the 30th anniversary of Thoughtworks.
This journey then led to my second book, Exploring the Metaverse: Redefining Reality in the Digital Age, published in 2024. The book was well received across industry and academia, and I am humbled to see it featured alongside books by renowned Thoughtworks authors.

📚 Continuing the Journey
Writing has become an integral part of my professional and personal journey—a way to reflect, learn, and give back. Thoughtworks has provided the ideal environment to nurture this passion, surrounded by people who believe in sharing ideas that truly matter.
As I continue this journey, I look forward to writing, learning, and contributing to the ever-growing body of knowledge that Thoughtworks and its community represent. In upcoming reflections, I will explore the changing meaning of authorship in today’s AI-driven world—how human creativity and AI collaboration are shaping new narratives, where the boundaries lie, and what this evolution means for writers, technologists, and readers alike.
Thank you, Thoughtworks, for being a part of this incredible journey. Here’s to many more stories, learnings, and shared wisdom ahead!
Wish you Jagjeevan!
